Harvey Norman - epic phailed.

Below is the reply I got from harvey norman over the "extra scratches" which appeared after I got my mp4 back from them ._. after like 2 months being there. whatever happened to my mp4, if you know, then u know. if u dunno, then u wont know. =D it's dead btw, lol.

I'm deeply apologies for the whole unnecessary situation which had
happened to you during the repairing process. Also, I have forwarded
your email to Creative supplier to highlight to them on their working
ethics of their engineer and their below expectation service has
effected our Harvey Norman image as a whole which is unacceptable at
all.

Thus, I will improve our after service in our store as it will be
priority to serve our valued customer in a proper way of handling and
manner.

lalala, i'm pretty sure i won't go there again. conclusion is, harvey norman, sucks. manager! u see that manager's reply? lala.. owh and im really wondering if he go take muet, what band will he get? =P

god.. i wonder if i took your mp4 to other places repair will it be alive today. really..
His worker there already so rude he still wan blame creactive. what the.

To whoever concerned,
I am writing this letter in response to the official reply Harvey Norman Queensbay Branch gave me regarding my scratched MP4 player dated xx-xx-xxxx.

I find it extremely disturbing that Mr. Lim of Harvey Norman could just push off the matter without really solving my problem. It would be most courteous if he could give me a solution like replacing my cover. After all, he is placing Harvey Norman, which is an international brand at stake for terrible after sales service.

I have already lodged a complaint regarding this matter to the Consumer Association of Malaysia and I hope that you can give me a more satisfying response as to why the condition of the device returned in a more battered condition than when it was sent to.

As with the current attitude and terrible after sales service by your staff at Queensbay Mall, Penang Malaysia, I will definitely encourage my family and friends NOT to go to Harvey Norman unless something is done to rectify this terrible flaw in your system.
